Elite K9 Training Programs
Stay and train programs are a great head-start for both the dogs and owners. These programs take place at Elite K9. After your dog has completed a stay and train program, clients will get a full 1-2 hour lesson on what their dog has learned and how to keep up with their new boundaries, structure, and obedience at home.
Elite K9 uses balanced training methods. E-collars, prong collars and slip leashes are used during training.

Stay & Train Programs

This program is a 2 1/2 week stay and train program (18 days).
This program is an excellent option for puppies, starting at 4 months of age to 6 months. We will focus on all on-leash work in this program along with crate training, potty training, and the basic sit, down, name recognition, reducing unwanted puppy behaviors, threshold manners, socialization and more!

This program is a 3 week Stay & Train program.
An excellent option for dog owners who are looking for on and off leash training. This program is trained with an E-Collar Technologies training e-collar. Overall we will work with threshold manners, leash manners, sit, down, heel, place, recall and reducing unwanted behaviors. Along with off leash manners and commands.

This program is designed to help those with dogs that are reactive, fearful or just need more attention with behavioral issues! We will teach all the basic obedience commands and e-collar training to help better manage behavior issues and help you live a more adventurous life with your dog! This program has extensive training involved depending on the behavior issue and the dog.
We currently do not work with aggressive dogs.

This program is $60/day to use instead of boarding, have your dog come board for a refresher program and get a training refresh on things you need.
Already completed an Elite K9 program and in need of refresher for you and the dog? This is an excellent program to refresh you both on a few things you may need help with!

Boarding is only available for past training clients. (Not open to the public.) If you have completed a Stay & Train Program, boarding is available for you. Please send a message at least 2-3 weeks before you need boarding to secure a spot.

Stay & Train Programs are training programs where your dog comes to stay with Elite K9 for the full duration of the program. Once the dog has completed the program, on pick up day, you will get to learn all of their new training skills.
*We use E-collar Technologies Mini Educator E-Collar for all training programs except for the Premiere Puppy Program.
*Half of the stay and train program price is due 48 hours before drop off day. The remaining half must be paid 48 hours before go home day.
*On pick up day, you will have a 1-2 hour go home session to talk with the trainer and learn all of your dogs new boundaries, structure, and new obedience routine. You will also receive a training packet by email to read through after drop off, to help educate you on what your dog will be learning and what to expect once you pick your dog up after training.

*All dogs must not be dog or people aggressive or reactive.
*All dogs must be up to date on vaccines including the Bordetella Vaccine.
*No harnesses or retractable leashes allowed in class.
*Group Class payment is due on the first day of class.
*Please bring treats or a small bag of dog food and/or your dog’s favorite toy to use for motivation and as a reward during class.

A 5 week group class introducing the ecollar and retraining on leash obedience to off leash obedience. Must have completed an on leash obedience program prior to taking this class.

Looking to do more with your dog? This 6 week trick class teaches rally obedience, agility, and fun/useful tricks for at home. Must have a prior obedience class before taking this class.
